The role of SOF in coalition and surrogate warfare in the 21st F12. century Determine the proper mix of forces, skills, and tactics, techniques, and procedures to fight and win beside surrogate armies. Analysis of historical works and lessons learned could result in a notional future employment of SOF and surrogates.
