Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the characterizing features of our company identity and a key element of our success in creating social and economic value. The form of TQM that we have developed over the years provides speciﬁc guidance on how to manage interactions with one’s colleagues and how to practice an ‘enlightened’ form of leadership that brings out the best in people through cooperation and the creation of trust.
