He began working with HMC twelve years ago as an outside sales representative. Four years ago Martin purchased the company from retiring owner Mr. Bob Hart. Martin was U.S. Sensor s Sales Representative of the Year in 1999. In 2001, we presented HMC with a Five Year Award commemorating their outstanding sales achievement and commitment to U.S. Sensor s growth. Martin met his wife Marcia during his college years at Dominguez Hills where he graduated with an MBA. Marcia is a third grade teacher in Ventura County and they have one son, Chris, who is in high school. Martin and Marcia are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary this year. Congratulations! Martin enjoys listening to jazz and contemporary music, with Johnny Mathis being one of his favorite performers. During the rare times that he gets away from business, he and his family like to relax and unwind at their cabin in Lake Tahoe where he enjoys fishing with his son. Martin s knowledge of our products and capabilities as well as his management of the HMC sales force has resulted in outstanding sales growth in his territory year after year.
