AllRightsReserved HD-PLC Promotion Activity Report （Contributed by Panasonic Corporation ） Summary of Dr. Xu’s presentation : Panasonic has strongly contributed to the achievement of IEEE 1901 Standard on Broadband over Powerline Communication (PLC) Technology. Its certification program is available in HD-PLC Alliance along with National Engineering Laboratory for IGRS in China. In the speech, Panasonic’s past achievements and future direction of the PLC promotion for the wide adoption in the world market were presented. Especially for China market, Panasonic is jointly promoting this technology with IGRS Alliance which is the leading standard organization of Computer, Communication, and Consumer technologies. IGRS- PLC, which is the brand name of IEEE 1901 and IGRS compliant products in China, will be deployed in the market this year. Panasonic keeps the contribution to the further development of innovative solutions for making our life more eco- friendly and smarter with PLC Technology.
